What is Concierge Care?
Concierge care is an enhanced healthcare model designed for patients seeking personalized and premium medical services. With this model, members pay an annual or monthly fee that includes office visits, an annual physical exam, and 24/7 access to their personal physician via phone or email. This approach ensures more time with your doctor and a deeper focus on your health and well-being.
What are the Benefits of Joining?

- Do You Accept Insurance?
- Our practice operates on a direct care model and does not bill insurance. Patients may submit claims directly to their insurance if out-of-network benefits are available. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) may cover some visit-related fees.
- Can Medicare Patients Join?
- Yes, but our providers are considered non-participating Medicare providers. While we don’t bill Medicare, we can still refer you to specialists and imaging facilities that accept Medicare.
- Will I Have Access to My Medical Records?
- Yes. We use a secure electronic medical records system that allows access to your healthcare information through a Healthcare Information Exchange (HIC).
- Are Membership Fees Tax Deductible?
- Currently, membership fees are not tax-deductible. However, there is ongoing advocacy for changes in this policy at both the state and national levels.
- Can I Cancel My Membership?
- Yes. We require a minimum six-month commitment. After that, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Any fees will be prorated to the cancellation date.
- What About Virtual Visits?
- We offer virtual visits via Skype, FaceTime, or webcam when appropriate. These visits supplement in-person care and require prior approval.
